Unlock your physical potential through a customised training program & track your progression via our app. Updated every 6-8 weeks


🌿 Regular technique feedback

Have a Personal Trainer reviewing your technique via videos regularly, to ensure you are progressing effectively.

🌿 Optional End-of-Block Coaching Call & Training Block Review

At the end of each training block, you’ll have the option to book a 1:1 coaching call to reflect on your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your next phase of training.

Alternatively, you’ll receive a detailed Loom video breaking down your next training block, explaining key adjustments, and helping you understand the why behind what you do—so you can keep progressing with confidence and purpose.

🌿 Weekly Check ins 

Each week, we’ll check in on your training progress, recovery, motivation levels, and weight selection to make sure everything is working for you. Your training videos will be reviewed on check-in day, so you can refine your technique and keep progressing with confidence.

🌿 Community connection & growth

🌈 Group calls: Learn, share and bond with like-minded women in our video community calls.

🌈 Live events (Adelaide based): Build friendships and connect with other women in a similar journey through our in-person meet ups.

📞 Book a Discovery Call

We’ll start with a call to discuss your goals, training history, and any challenges. This is your chance to learn about ThriveCo’s approach and ensure we’re the right fit for your journey.

📹 Complete Your Onboarding & Submit Movement Videos

Your onboarding starts with a detailed questionnaire and movement assessment. You'll send in videos of key movement patterns, giving us a clear picture of where you're at. This helps us tailor your program to your strengths, identify areas for growth, and ensure you're set up for success from day one.

🎥 Receive a Program Walkthrough Video

Once your program is ready—and before you dive in—you'll receive a detailed Loom video walking you through everything. We’ll break down the structure, the why behind each piece, and how it all fits together, so you have complete clarity and confidence as you get started.

🚀 Coaching Begins!

With a solid foundation in place, it's time to put in the work. Your structured training officially begins, and from here, we’ll refine your technique, track your progress, and make adjustments as needed. Expect ongoing support through check-ins, feedback on your lifts, and programming updates—so you can keep progressing with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum commitment period?  

 Yes, the minimum commitment period is 12 weeks. Progress takes time, and 12 weeks allows us to build a solid foundation, refine technique, and see real improvements in your strength and performance.

This doesn’t mean everything will feel effortless after 12 weeks—growth is an ongoing process—but this timeframe ensures you’re set up for long-term success with structured training, consistency, and support.


Can I continue after the initial 12 weeks?

Absolutely! Many clients choose to continue beyond the initial 12 weeks because real progress is an ongoing journey. 

I am completely new to the gym. Is online coaching a good option for me? 

Yes! I work with people of all experience levels, including complete beginners. If you're new to the gym, online coaching can still be a great fit—but it does require regular check-ins to ensure you’re building confidence and progressing safely. You'll be expected to send technique videos regularly so we can refine your form and make sure you're moving well from the start. I’ll be here to guide you every step of the way! 💛

How do payments work?

The first payment is processed via invoice, and after that, payments are set up as an ongoing subscription, automatically deducted from your nominated bank account or card. You can choose whether payments are processed every Sunday or every second Sunday, depending on what works best for you. Everything is automated

Which coaching pathway should I choose? Wellness or Performance?

It depends on what kind of support you're after!

🔥 Performance Coaching is for you if you want to train with structure, refine your technique, and progress in the gym without second-guessing your programming. It’s all about smart, structured training, movement quality, and performance progression.

💛 Wellness Coaching is for you if you want a more holistic approach—focusing on training (the performance aspect), nutrition, mindset, body image, and habit formation. This includes fortnightly coaching calls to support your habits, relationship with food, and overall well-being.

If you’re still unsure, book a discovery call, and we’ll figure out the best fit together! 

Do I need to book a discovery call before signing up?  

Yes! We’ll be working together for at least 12 weeks, so it’s important to make sure we’re a good fit—that our values align, that you feel comfortable, and that we set clear expectations from the start. The discovery call gives us a chance to get to know each other and ensure this is the right coaching pathway for you.
