Let’s create a more fulfilling life through health and fitness.
Apply for coaching →You’ve tried the programs and had good stretches. Then life gets busy, you fall behind, and the guilt kicks in. Back to square one, wondering why it seems easier for everyone else.
It’s been years since you weren’t thinking about how you look or what you “should” change, and every time you try, you end up in the same cycle of self-criticism.
You’ve followed the plan to the letter and it worked for a while, until it didn’t. Now you’re either “on” or “off”, and you don’t quite trust yourself around food without something telling you what to do.
One rough week, a skipped session or a big weekend, and the whole thing feels ruined.
A hike, a dance class, a beach weekend. Part of you doesn’t trust your body to keep up, or doesn’t want to be seen in it.
None of this is a discipline problem. These are patterns, and patterns can change. That’s where we start: understanding what’s driving them and building the skills to break the cycle, so you can trust your body, enjoy your training, and say yes to more.
You’ll build the skills to adapt to different seasons of your life.
The energy you’ve spent tracking, planning and feeling guilty about food becomes available for your work, your relationships and your life.
The holiday photos, the weekend away, the hobby that’s been on your list. You trust your body and feel strong and capable enough to show up for the experiences you used to say no to.
Knowing what to do and living it out in your real, messy life are two very different things. Building new patterns takes practice, feedback and support. And most importantly, it requires a holistic approach to your journey.
Tap any stage on the map to read about it.
Whatever you bring, whether that’s wins, difficult weeks, old habits creeping in or uncomfortable feelings, there’s no judgement here. I’m here to support your growth, at your pace. Life isn’t perfect, and your journey doesn’t have to be either.
Laura is the gold star for women.
I used to be someone who would start exercising and ignore my nutritional needs, not see any progress and quit after becoming consumed by anxiety. Years of making these mistakes, consuming so much my head would explode. I finally realised I needed help…
I worked up the courage to approach Laura and start a new journey. One I’d been doing wrong for many years. I just wish I’d known sooner where I would be now.
Her qualifications are impressive, but it was her kindness that really took hold. She seemed down to earth, self aware and understanding. When I finally booked in a time to meet, everything I thought she would be was real. She has given so much of herself to this career. She is the product of her work, a wealth of knowledge, deeply understanding and always encouraging. Her confidence will infect you over time and you will see changes in everything you do.
I’ve worked with many trainers and Laura is the gold star for women. I couldn’t thank her enough for entering this field. She’ll help you rewire your thoughts to live a life free of unrealistic expectations and you’ll gain a whole heap of muscle too! Godspeed!
One of the best decisions I’ve made in my entire life.
I didn’t know what I was signing up for when I reached out to Laura over a year ago. I was nervous, intimidated and had very little confidence speaking to a coach and joining a gym. Fast forward to now, it was one of the best decisions I’d made in my entire life.
Laura has a way of speaking to your core and extracting out details from you (be it about health, fitness, lifestyle, mindset, behaviour) you never knew existed. She’s not just a personal trainer but is also someone who is deeply passionate about making a real, authentic and psychological difference to your lifestyle and is extremely educated in this space. I believe this is (one of many) her biggest strengths and sets her apart from others.
With Laura you feel at ease, she makes you feel confident working out, she holds up a mirror when you need it, she constantly recognises and celebrates every little win, and lifts you up when you feel like you have made no progress and reminds you on the daily how far you have come, because she knows it’s those that carry on for the long term. And it’s because she’s been through the same things that as a client you feel like you can actually relate to your coach, as she too has dealt with these and you’re not so strange after all. This is a genuine and heartfelt expression of gratitude I have for her as not just someone who helps me work on my body, or helps me exercise, but someone who challenges me and helps me confront my own emotions, my thoughts, my habits, my mindset and helps me uplift my lifestyle in every way possible.
Laura is not just an amazing coach, she’s also a friend I have made along the way and someone I can confide in, and I’m so very grateful.
A life-changing experience.
Coaching with Laura has been a life-changing experience for me. She has helped me become confident in various areas of life such as the gym but also in myself as a person. I believe in myself more and realise how strong I am physically and mentally. I have gained extensive knowledge about all aspects of life including nutrition, exercise, women’s health, and habits. She is not only my coach, she has become one of my closest friends and supporters. I am forever grateful for her.
She has transformed not only my fitness, but how I view myself.
Coaching with Laura has completely transformed my fitness journey. She goes above and beyond in every aspect, and I’ve seen incredible progress because of it. Each workout is specifically tailored to my goals, and the personalised plans she creates are designed to suit my unique needs and help me stay on track.
What has truly made a difference for me is her commitment outside of training. Laura provides comprehensive support with online goal-setting tools, motivational resources, and practical advice on nutrition. She’s also helped me understand the truth behind common myths about training and muscle building, which has given me so much clarity and confidence in my approach.
I’ve also gained a sense of belonging through the community Laura has built. The team-building sessions she organises with her clients have provided incredible accountability and motivation, while connecting me with like-minded people on their own fitness journeys. It’s not just about my personal growth anymore. I feel like I’m part of something bigger.
Since working with Laura, I’ve grown so much in both confidence and ability. Thanks to her expertise and encouragement, I now feel stronger, more capable, and more motivated than ever. She has truly transformed not only my fitness, but also how I view myself.
So much more confident in my body.
I’ve been working with Laura for 1.5 years and have absolutely loved the process. I came to her with a severe back injury and she has always understood what my body needs and helped me work around my injury.
More than a trainer, Laura has been a friend throughout. Apart from training, her holistic approach in developing a community of strong women really hits home. She has always taken the effort to educate us about the world of fitness and organises the coolest activities for all her clients.
Coaching with Laura has made me so much more confident in my body, helped me understand my body and overall also improved the way I see myself.
I am grateful that I started working with her!
Train with me in my private studio in Norwood, so you get hands-on coaching and form feedback in real time.
Beginners are so welcome! If you’re new to the gym, I’d recommend adding in-person PT sessions, at least to start. Learning the movements with me in the room builds your confidence and helps you pick up technique faster.
Fully online coaching is best suited to people with some experience on the gym floor. If you’re a beginner and you’d rather go fully online, it can work, as long as you’re happy to film your exercises regularly so I can give you ongoing feedback on technique.
That’s always your call, but here’s something to think about: busy and messy can be a fantastic starting point. Coaching isn’t about fitting your life around a perfect plan. It’s about learning to make health work with your life as it is. Busy seasons are where the real skills get built: adjusting, prioritising and keeping going without starting over.
Yes, 12 weeks is the minimum. It’s not a magic number, but it’s enough time for us to build real foundations for change. Most clients choose to stay for a year or more, but that’s always up to you.
Whenever you finish, we’ll create a maintenance plan together so you can consolidate everything and have a clear path forward.
If you’re currently experiencing an active eating disorder, working with a therapist or treatment team is the best place to start.
Coaching is a great fit for the messy middle: when food and your body take up a lot of headspace, you’re stuck in all-or-nothing cycles, or you struggle to stay consistent.
I’m not a psychologist, but my coaching draws on elements of Compassion Focused Therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, self-determination theory and behaviour change psychology, and it’s body image informed. So we work on the why behind your habits, not just the plan.
Every week you’ll have an action item to work on, whether that’s a reflective practice, a training focus or a habit you’re building.
You don’t have to feel 100% ready to start. Most people never do! If you saw yourself somewhere on this page, it might be worth a chat. When things are left unaddressed, they don’t really change. It’s your call though!
Here’s exactly what happens next.
A short form so I can understand where you’re at.
I’ll get back to you via email within 48 business hours to book a call.
A casual conversation about your goals, what you’ve tried and any questions you have. Then I’ll walk you through how coaching works, so you can decide whether it’s right for you.
