Small Group Training is the group-based expression of the ThriveCo coaching philosophy.
This is not a a bootcamp or high intensity circuits.
Small group training is structured, progressive strength coaching in a small group setting designed to help you improve your technique, build strength, build capability and confidence over time - alongside the same group of women for the duration of the training block (6 weeks)
This space is for women who:
🌿 Want structured strength training, not random workouts
🌿 Feel unsure what to do in the gym alone
🌿 Want to improve their technique and confidence
🌿 Thrive in supportive environments and genuinely want to see other women succeed
You don’t need to be “fit enough.”
You don’t need to lift heavy already.
You just need to open to trying new things <3 )
Train in person alongside the same group of women throughout the block.
Your full program lives in the app. This is where you’ll keep track of your progress. It also includes exercises, reps, sets, demonstration demos and notes.
The program follows a shared structure, with exercise variations adjusted to suit different experience levels.
Designed to reinforce movement patterns and support progress between group sessions.
At the end of each 6-week block, you’ll have the option to continue into the next intake and build on your progress.
You’ll receive hands-on coaching during group sessions and can reach out with questions about your solo training.
Yes. you’re still welcome to join if you know you’ll miss a session or part of the block.
That said, when you sign up, you’re committing to the full 6-week block, and the investment remains the same regardless of attendance.
You’ll still receive:
full access to the 6-week training program via the app
guidance for your solo sessions
access to the group chat and ongoing support
The intention of small group training is to build consistency, momentum, and connection over time, so attending as many sessions as you can is strongly encouraged. Life happens, but the more consistently you show up, the more you’ll get out of the experience.
If you know you’ll miss a significant portion of the block, this may not be the right block to join. But don’t worry! There’s plenty to come. There will be a new block starting every 8 weeks!
Yes, beginners are absolutely welcome.
The program will run with both beginners and more experienced lifters in the same group. To support this, there are two versions of the program:
Beginner version
Intermediate/advanced version.
During sessions, exercises will be coached with regressions and progressions so you can train at a level that feels appropriate, safe, and challenging for you.
This setup allows everyone to build strength and confidence while training together, regardless of where they’re starting from.
No. Nutrition support is not included as part of Small Group Training.
Small Group Training is focused on structured strength training, consistency, and building confidence in the gym.
If you’re looking for support with nutrition, habits, your relationship with food, or a more holistic approach to your health, that’s offered through my 1:1 Wellness Online Coaching.
You’re also welcome to:work with me 1:1 for nutrition and mindset support, and join Small Group Training as an add-on for in-person training and community.
This allows each service to stay focused and ensures you’re supported in the right way.
