With a blend of in-person PT sessions and online support, you’ll have the guidance, accountability, and real-time coaching to refine your technique, build sustainable habits, and feel truly at home in your body.

In addition to in-person coaching, you can submit training videos on check-in day for extra feedback. This helps you refine your technique, correct imbalances, and keep progressing between PT sessions.

Alongside your weekly check-in responses, you’ll have the option to book a monthly video coaching call for extra real-time support & troubleshooting.

Each week, you’ll complete a guided check-in to reflect on your progress, mindset, and habits. This process isn’t just about tracking—it’s about building self-compassion, overcoming self-sabotage, and moving forward with confidence.

Your coach will review your check-in and provide collaborative feedback.

Work through specific barriers with carefully designed worksheets designed to help you navigate different challenges.

We’ll start with a call to dive into your story—your goals, training background, nutrition habits, challenges, and everything in between. This is our chance to get to know each other and for you to learn more about ThriveCo’s approach, ensuring we’re the right fit for your journey.

📝 Complete Your Onboarding Reflection

Your first week begins with your initial PT session, where we’ll assess your movement patterns in real-time and set a baseline for your training. You’ll also lay the foundation for success by working through guided reflections to clarify your values, mindset, nutrition, and training goals—so we can tailor this experience to YOU.

🌱 The Thriving Roadmap

At the end of your first week, we’ll jump on a call to set the intention for the weeks ahead, helping you gain clarity on your goals and next steps. This is where we fine-tune your approach, so you feel confident, supported, and aligned as you move forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum commitment period?  

Yes! Change takes time, and real, lasting progress doesn’t happen overnight. The coaching program has a 12-week minimum commitment because we focus on sustainable habits, not quick fixes. That said, 12 weeks isn’t a magic number—everyone’s journey looks different, and growth continues well beyond that. My goal is to support you in building a strong foundation that sets you up for long-term success. 

Can I continue after the initial 12 weeks?

Absolutely! Many clients choose to continue beyond the initial 12 weeks because real progress is an ongoing journey.

If I sign up for a certain number of PT sessions, can I downgrade later on?

Yes! After the initial 12 weeks, you have the flexibility to adjust your PT session frequency to better fit your schedule and needs. Some clients choose to reduce their PT sessions, and others transition fully to online coaching. Whatever you decide, we’ll ensure the support continues to align with your goals

How do payments work?

The first payment is processed via invoice, and after that, payments are set up as an ongoing subscription, automatically deducted from your nominated bank account or card. You can choose whether payments are processed every Sunday or every second Sunday, depending on what works best for you. Everything is automated

Which coaching pathway should I choose? Wellness or Performance?

It depends on what kind of support you're after!

🔥 Performance Coaching is for you if you want to train with structure, refine your technique, and progress in the gym without second-guessing your programming. It’s all about smart, structured training, movement quality, and performance progression.

💛 Wellness Coaching is for you if you want a more holistic approach—focusing on training (the performance aspect), nutrition, mindset, body image, and habit formation. This includes fortnightly coaching calls to support your habits, relationship with food, and overall well-being.

If you’re still unsure, book a discovery call, and we’ll figure out the best fit together! 

Do I need to book a discovery call before signing up?  

Yes! We’ll be working together for at least 12 weeks, so it’s important to make sure we’re a good fit—that our values align, that you feel comfortable, and that we set clear expectations from the start. The discovery call gives us a chance to get to know each other and ensure this is the right coaching pathway for you.

If the times available on my calendar don’t match yours, reach out via email  [laurachavezcoaching@gmail.com] . I can usually find a time outside of office hours if you’re in a different time zone or have a tight schedule.

What happens if I can’t make it to my PT session?

Life happens! If you’re unable to make a scheduled PT session, you’ll have the option to either reschedule (subject to availability) or bank a catch-up session to use in a different week. Just let me know in advance, and we’ll find a solution that works for you.
