Do I need to be experienced in the gym? 

Nope! Your program is tailored to your level. Whether you’re brand new or already lifting, you’ll get something that matches your ability and schedule.

What if life gets messy and I can’t stick to the plan perfectly?

That’s the point! The Foundation Reset is designed to help you build habits you can adjust when things don’t go to plan.

What if I can't commit to both training & nutrition?

That’s completely okay. This program isn’t about doing everything at once, it’s about building a foundation that actually fits your life. If training feels realistic right now, we start there. If nutrition feels easier, we lean into that first. And if some weeks feel messy, we adjust.

How is the foundation reset different from 1:1 coaching?

The Foundation Reset is a structured 12-week starting point designed to help you stop restarting and build consistency. You’ll get training, habits, check-ins, and support, but it’s not the same depth as full 1:1 Coaching.

1:1 Coaching has more touch points through calls and is more personalised. It’s the better fit if you want deeper support with body image, your relationship with food, or navigating more complex challenges. The Reset is the perfect place to begin if you want structure. 

Are the training programs completely personalised?

The training isn’t custom-built from scratch for every person. But you will be matched with a program that suits your level and your schedule.

If you need adjustments for things like injury, time restraints, or specific challenges, we’ll clarify that in your onboarding call and you’ll receive recommendations to make it work for you.

The focus is on giving you structure and guidance without the guesswork, so you can walk into the gym feeling clear and confident about what to do.


What happens after the 12 weeks?

You’ll have the foundation and structure to keep moving forward. And if you’d like continued support, there are options to stay on and keep building momentum.
