The Foundation Reset is a structured 12-week starting point designed to help you stop restarting and build consistency. You’ll get training, habits, check-ins, and support, but it’s not the same depth as full 1:1 Coaching.
1:1 Coaching has more touch points through calls and is more personalised. It’s the better fit if you want deeper support with body image, your relationship with food, or navigating more complex challenges. The Reset is the perfect place to begin if you want structure.
The training isn’t custom-built from scratch for every person. But you will be matched with a program that suits your level and your schedule.
